The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for to issue a writ of Declaration or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ of Declaration declaring the impugned order dated 06.04.2004 in S.O. No.466 (E) of the 1st respondent as ultra virus and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
