2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 against the notice dated 06.06.2019 issued under Section 6 of the said Act. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.20552 of 2019 is closed.
