(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14823 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020, that the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakkulam Police Station, Madurai, everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders".

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions till 21.11.2020 and thereafter, the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 22.09.2020.

3. In view of the same, the petition for modification stands dismissed. The petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions regularly as directed in Crl.O.P.No.14823 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020.
