Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BHIMAN, Advocate for the petitioner ( IN ALL THE PETITIONS) the court made the following order:- In pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.12.2017 made in Crl.M.P.Nos.4157 to 4159 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.Nos.1577 to 1579 of 2017, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.289 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem, within a period of four weeks.

2. Now the petitioner has filed these petitions seeking extension for a period of two weeks for depositing the aforesaid amount.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is extended for a period of two weeks from today. No further extension will be granted.

5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
