Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the learned 17th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet,daily a 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court vide relaxation order dated 19.12.2019 in Crl.MP.No.18694 of 2019 inCrl.O.P.No.29968 of 2019 (On the file of this Hon`ble Court) connection with the above Cr.No.655 of 2020 (on the file of the F-5, Choolaimedu Police Station, Chennai) and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ILLIYAS, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.

KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.18694 of 2019 in Crl.O.P No.29968 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019, that the petitioner shall report before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.18694 of 2019 in Crl.O.P No.29968 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019 has not been complied with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
