This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/5
19.06.2018 not to sanction any retirement benefits to the 6th respondent, since criminal cases are pending before the appropriate Forum. 2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the 6th respondent has already received the entire terminal benefits on 02.05.2018. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be considered at this juncture. 3.It is also to be noted that there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
