(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7298 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 directing the petitioners to report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Organized Unit, Salem, Salem District (Second respondent herein) daily at 10.30A.M., and 05.30 P.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has not been filed, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7298 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Organized Unit, Salem, Salem District (Second respondent herein) every Monday at 10.30A.M., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
