ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and final order of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Needamangalam, dated 07.08.2014, made in I.A.No.30 of 2014 in O.S.No.3 of 2011.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Page No.1 of 4
counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to close the above Civil Revision Petition as abated. He has also filed a Memo to that effect. The relevant portion of the said Memo is extracted hereunder: "It is submitted that the undersigned has got instructions from his counter part in Trial Court that the petitioner passed away long back. The legal representatives of deceased petitioner has not come forward to file LR petition and prosecute the case on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the above CRP may be closed as abated."
3. The above Memo dated 20.01.2022 filed by the petitioner's counsel is recorded by this Court.
4. In view of the aforesaid Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed. 21.01.2022 Index :
