ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(d) imposed on 28.09.2020 in Criminal Original Petition No.15230 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.15230 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
