(Third respondent was impleaded vide order, dated 12.12.2014 in M.P.No.2 of 2014) Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner from erecting the transformers in the lands situate in S.No.164/16, measuring an extent of 0.10 acres in Meliruppu village, Panruti Taluk, without following the due process of law and proceeding further with erection of the proposed transformer in or in front of the property.
