This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the dismissal of his application in IA.No.321 of 2013 in OS.No.636 of 2012 and consequentially reject the plaint in OS.No.636 of 2012 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur, Chennai dated 17.06.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled and she may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and she already sent a letter to that effect to the Registry through e-mail.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
