To be noted, COD is qua 529 days in filing Criminal Appeal being Crl.A.SR.No.30388 of 2023 against the judgment dated 25.11.2019 in S.C.No.22 of 2019 on the file of Hon'ble Sessions Court, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri.
2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the respondent and submits that no other appeal has been preferred by the petitioner.
3. Mr.L.Syed Sibghatulla, learned counsel on record for petitioner is before us.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the matter, we have no difficulty in accepting the reason qua COD prayer.
