The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to approve the admission of the petitioner in MBA Course for the academic year 2011-2012.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement that the petitioner was admitted in the course and he completed the course also. Under the said circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
