PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2018 and sanction increment for M.A., M.Ed.

O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the incentive increment due to her has not been settled by the respondent. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 02.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the other benefits are already settled and the incentive increment alone to be settled with reference to the Government Orders in force.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 02.01.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the Government Orders along with the orders passed in this present writ petition.
