Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed Under Section 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal orders dated 05.07.2013 made in I.A. No.3151 of 2012 in O.S. No.11876 of 2010 on the file of the Court of VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in so far as rejecting additional document Nos. 1,3,4 & 5 is concerned.

O R D E R

The application filed by the petitioner in I.A. No.3151/2012 for receiving documents was partly allowed by the learned trial Judge. The civil revision petition is directed against the order rejecting the request to mark documents Nos.1,3,4 and 5.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the documents can be marked subject to proof, admissibility and relevancy.

3. The trial Court has already permitted the petitioner to mark document Nos.2,6 and 7 to 10. The dispute is now only in respect of document nos.1,3,4 and 5. The learned trial Judge is directed to consider those documents and mark the same, subject to proof, admissibility and relevancy.

The civil revision petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
