ORDER

This Review Petition has been filed to review the order dated 19.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3832 of 2024, thereby directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application before the second respondent seeking employment on compassionate ground, in a proper form with all required documents along with No Objection Certificate from the respondents 3 & 4 therein. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father had worked as Village Administrative Officer, Periya Kottakulam, Krishnagiri District. While he was in service, he died on 23.02.2022, leaving behind his wife, the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. According to the petitioner, he is the only son having basic educational qualification for appointment on compassionate ground. Therefore, he applied for employment on compassionate ground and the same was not considered. Therefore, the petitioner filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.3832 of 2024 and this Court, by an order dated 19.02.2024, directed the petitioner to

submit a fresh application before the second respondent seeking employment on compassionate ground, in a proper form with all required documents along with No Objection Certificate from the respondents 3 & 4 therein. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. He further submitted that, at the time of arguments, the documentary evidence and material evidence had not been properly presented before this Court. Therefore, to consider the facts and circumstances of the documentary evidence and material evidence, which was submitted by the petitioner, the present Review Application has been filed by the petitioner.

Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raised several grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioner are essentially an attempt to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records, and as such, the petitioner has failed to present valid grounds for reviewing the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merit in this Review Application to review the order dated 19.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3832 of 2024.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
