Arb.OP.(Com.Div).No.554 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that when the matter came up for hearing on 08.02.2023, Mr.A.Murali, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner. But, the name of one Ms.Ramya Subramaniam, has been marked in the appearance of the petitioners' counsel. Therefore, she prayed to record the name of Mr.A.Murali, as learned counsel for the petitioner in the order dated 08.02.2023. 3.In the order dated 08.02.2023 passed in the above petition, by inadvertence, the names of the learned counsel appeared for both the parties have been wrongly mentioned as "Ms.Ramaya Subramaniam, for petitioner and Mr.K.J.Sankar Subramaniam for Mr.S.Namasivayam, for respondents" instead of "Mr.A.Murali, for petitioner and Mr.Dhanaram Ramachandran for Mr.G.Ethirajulu, for the respondents." https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
