Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SATHISH FOR M/S.B.HARIKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner 1 & 2 Respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner present and asks adjournment. On verification of records, it appears that he has not complied with the order dated 09.09.2019 passed by this Court.

2. However, time is extended till 17.10.2019 for serving notice to the respondents 1 & 2, through Court as well privately. In otherwise, the stay already granted by this Court on 15.12.2014, will not be extended.

3. List the matter on 21.10.2019.
