Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 16.08.2014 sent by the petitioner and direct the 1st respondent not to register the property comprised in S.F.No.462, 463 for an extent of 2.75 cents situated in Devampadi Village, Ramapattinam, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District at the instance of the respondents 2 & 3, pass appropriate orders within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court For Petitioner : Mr.C.VeeraRaghavan For Respondents : Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, for R1, Spl.
