O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant (Tamil) based on the certificate verification conducted on 29.01.2014 and counselling conducted by the respondents on 22.02.2014.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner after finishing B.A. Degree joined B.Ed. Course in Annai Fathima Teacher Training Institute, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District, however, when the University conducted B.Ed. Examination, the students who joined the Annai Fathima Teacher Training Institute were not permitted to appear for the examination. Hence, the said Institute approached this Court by way of writ petition and pursuant to the interim order made in the said writ petition, the students were permitted to appear for the examination, however their results were not published. Accordingly, the petitioner appeared for the examination, however, her result was not published.

3.It is the further case of the petitioner that thereafter, the petitioner filed W.P.No.9292 of 2013 before this Court seeking to publish her results and pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.09.2013 made in W.P.No.9292 of 2013, the petitioner's result was published, whereby, it was declared that the petitioner has passed in the said examination. In the meantime, the petitioner had also passed the Teachers Eligibility Test.

4.It is the further case of the petitioner that she was called for certificate verification by the respondent and she also participated in the same, however, she was not considered for appointment to the post of B.T.Assistant (Tamil). Hence, this writ petition.

5.Though the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation dated 21.08.2014 to the respondents seeking to appoint her as B.T.Assistant (Tamil). Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider her representation and to pass appropriate orders on the same within a reasonable time frame. 6.Respondents side have no serious objection for this Court to consider the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

7.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2014, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
