O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15773 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for the period of two weeks and thereafter report before the same every Monday until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15773 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 is totally relaxed.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
