ORDER

Seeking to direct the first respondent not to dispossess and evict the petitioners from the properties in Survey No.254/11, 254/10, 254/12, 254/13, 254/14B and 254/14C of Keezyeadailam Village, Thindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District which is possessed, enjoyed and developed by the petitioners and their predecessors without any prior notice by considering the representation dated on 20.03.2026 and without following due process of law, this Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 20.03.2026 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
