ORDER
The petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to include the petitioner's name in the Physical Certificate Verification and counselling to be held on 29.05.2025 and 30.05.2025 for the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical).
2. According to the petitioner, pursuant to the order passed by this court dated27.03.2025, he has reapplied for the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) and accordingly, his name was added in the additional certificate verification list 2/5
and subsequently, the 2 nd respondent issued list of candidates, who are provisionally admitted to physical certificate verification and counselling on 29.05.2025 and 30.05.2025 based on the result of written examination and the rank position was published by the 2 nd respondent. But, his name was not found place in the said list. Hence, he filed this Writ Petition.
3. Considering the fact that though the petitioner's name was added in the additional list, his name was not included in the list of provisionally admitted candidates to physical certificate verification scheduled to be conducted on 29.05.2025 and 30.05.2025 and he cannot be deprived of participating in the said process. In the above circumstances, the 2 nd respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to participate in the physical certificate verification and counselling.
4. In the result, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
