This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 01.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29430 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquiry on the representations of the petitioners dated 29.08.2017 and 30.08.2017, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving them opportunity of hearing pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order.
