Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to G.O(D).No.386 dated 03.08.2006 of the third respondent confirming the Award of the second respondent dated 29.09.2004 in ARC No.841 of 2004 and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of certiorari, calling for the records relating to G.O (D).No.386 dated 03.08.2006 of the third respondent confirming https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Award of the second respondent dated 29.09.2004 in ARC No.841 of 2004 and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo of calculation and submitted that they have arrived at a compromise and accordingly an amount of Rs.10,000/- towards full and final settlement has been paid to the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent accedes to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the aforesaid submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the first respondent in the memo of calculation, this writ petition is closed. No costs. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount already deposited, if any.
