(CRIME NO.767/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased t relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.12456 of 2021 by directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crime No. 767 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and pass such further or other orders as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHIL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 19.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 19.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on each and every hearing date. All other conditions remain unaltered.
