This petition has been filed to reopen the contempt petition filed in Cont.Petition No.1165 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that in pursuant to the order passed in the contempt petition, the documents referred to in the order have been submitted along with the letter dated 31.01.2022 through registered post with acknowledgement due. The respondent has received the documents referred to in the order in Contempt Petition No.1165 of 2018 and acknowledged the receipt. Despite receipt of the documents, the order passed in W.P.No.4017/2015 has not been complied with. Therefore, he would submit that the contempt petition has to be reopened.
