This petition is filed to condone the delay of 196 days in filing the appeal.

2. The first respondent was set exparte before the Trial Court.

3.The name of the second respondent is printed in the cause list after service. Despite the same, none appears on behalf of the second respondent.

4. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay is condoned. The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
