This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 16.06.2022 passed in W.A.No.1440 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent has complied with the judgment of this Court. He has further submitted that wages for nine months have not been paid to the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed. With regard to non-payment of wages for nine months, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate Forum in the manner known to law. No costs.
