There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No. 6(b) of the order dated 05.02.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 34957 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was directed to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent strongly opposed the application contending that the case involves a double murder and the trial is at an advanced stage.

4. Considering the serious allegations against the petitioner and the stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.34957 of 2025 dated 05.02.2026.
