ORDER

This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P. No.11486 of 2012. Today, when this contempt petition was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by Mr. S. Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate GeneralII that assailing the order dated 30.06.2021 alleging noncompliance of which, this contempt petition has been filed, the State has preferred an intra Court appeal in W.A. No.879 of 2023 and that the same is under consideration.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General-II, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law, depending upon the outcome of the intra Court appeal.
