This Application has been filed by the applicants seeking to condone the delay of 135 days in preferring our claim petitions before the 22 nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application, delay is condoned and this Application is allowed.

4. All the applicants are permitted to file their respective Claim Statement. If any other person other than the applicant wants to file Claim Statement, they can file the same, on or before 21.07.2023.
