PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to accord refugee status to the inmate of Special Camp at Trichy, Mr.Baskaran S/o Kumarasamy by renewing the I.D. No:95 of 2007 dated 21.08.2007 issued by the 3rd respondent herein on human consideration by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2021 to secure the ends of justice and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
