COMMON ORDER Both learned counsel would submit that Writ Appeal Nos.2369 & 2375 of 2022 have been filed challenging order dated 29.04.2021, as against which contempt is alleged.

2. In these circumstances, I am of the view that these Contempt Petitions do not survive any further and it is for the authorities to take consequent action depending upon the orders to be passed in the Writ Appeals.
