..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2014 and pass appropriate and necessary orders, in accordance with law, to remove the extended portion of the Helipad constructed in Arignar Anna Stadium at Cuddalore and to restore the playground for its regular usage without any hindrance or obstruction to the students and sport-persons, by collecting the entire expenditure and adequate damages/compensation from the respondents 6 and 7 within a reasonable time.
