This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.03.2026 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Attiyampatti, in Crl.M.P.No.775 of 2026 in Crime No.290 of 2025. 1 / 4
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had been regularly complying with the conditions imposed from 02.02.2026 onwards and that, due to ill health, they were unable to comply with the said condition for two days on 07.02.2026 and 26.03.2026.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by the Sessions Judge is onerous, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Attiyampatti, in Crl.M.P.No.775 of 2026, dated 30.03.2026, is liable to be set aside. Accordingly, the conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2026, dated 22.01.2026, are relaxed, and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
