Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.20353 of 2017 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAJESH KANNA, Advocate for the petitioner AND OF MR.K.SELLATHURAI, Advocate for the 1st to 5th Respondents AND OF Mr.KRITIKA KAMAL.P. Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 6TH Respondent, the court made the following order:- Seeking to recall the interim order in Crl.M.P.No.12198 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017, the petitioner/second respondent has filed the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

2. In partial modification of earlier order of this court dated 17.01.2018, the personal appearance of the petitioners' before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mayladuthurai in connection with P.R.C.No.9 of 2015 is dispensed with on all hearings, except on such hearings, where the trial court is of the view that the petitioners' personal appearance is required. With the above observation, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.

3. Registry is directed to post the Criminal Original Petition on 13.04.2018.
