This application is filed by the applicant to permit the petitioners to amend the original petition as per the particulars furnished hereunder: PARTICULARS OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT At page 2 and 3 at second line insert the following suitably. "The testatrix Late Radha H Bam ordinarily resided at Kanagadara First Floor, Old No.9, New No.19, Second Main Road, Alwarthiru Nagar, Chennai - 600 087."

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments within a period of two weeks.

3. Post the matter after two weeks.
