ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 376(2) (k), 506 (1) in Cr.No.05 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner promised to marry the victim and induced her to have physical contact, due to which the victim became pregnant and delivered a female child. Thereafter, petitioner refused to marry the victim. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the defacto complainant/victim on her own volition had physical contact with the petitioner. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is pending in this case and hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegation leveled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
