This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose the review petition of the petitioner, dated 07.11.2014. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would state that they will dispose of the mercy petition filed by the petitioner, within a period of 30 days.

3.In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the first respondent, to consider the review petition of the petitioner, dated 07.11.2014 and dispose of the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
