This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13303 of 2022 on 10.06.2022 to appear before the Ulundurpet Police Station, twice a day, for two weeks and thereafter shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
