The learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conferencing.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appeared for physical hearing. The respondent also appeared in person.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that as per the directions issued by this Court in Crl.OP.No.33614 of 2019 dated 13.02.2019, the respondent has completed the investigation and filed a final report on 02.11.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi and the same was taken on file in CC.No.2 of 2021.
