ORDER

Seeking to quash the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 12.09.2024 in Rc.No.C3/ 21200/ 2024 and proceedings dated 09.03.2026 in Na.Ka.No.C3/21200/ 2024 and for a consequent direction to the respondents to give posting to the petitioner with all monetary and service benefits, this writ petition is filed.

2.The plight of the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner is that pursuant to the suspension of the petitioner, the available remedy of revision is not informed to the petitioner and hence, the order of suspension is not permitted to be reviewed. In view of the same, the petitioner insisted that his suspension should be reviewed in the light of the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1366 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 and W.A.No.1657 of 2019 dated 31.07.2023.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner may make a fresh representation to the respondents in this regard and on receipt of the fresh representation, orders will be passed on merits. 2 / 4

4.In view of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation in this regard to the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
