C.M.P.No.14163 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 178 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 178 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600

3. C.M.P.No.14165 of 2019 is file to dispense with the original deposit receipt of Rs.25,000/- in M.C.O.P.No.1034 of 2017 on 28.09.2018 on the file of the Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Court) at Tiruvanamalai District and accordingly dispensed with.
