(through video conference) Heard Mr. M.Ganesh, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation dated 16.07.2020 made by the Petitioner and pass orders thereon. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the enquiry on the representation dated 16.07.2020 made by the Petitioner has been fixed on 25.11.2020 at 2.00 p.m in the office of the Second Respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that the Petitioner would attend the said enquiry.

It is incumbent upon the Second Respondent, after affording full opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioner and all parties concerned, to deal with each of the contentions raised by them and pass reasoned orders on merits and in accordance with law, following the prescribed procedure in consonance with the principles of natural justice and communicate the decision taken to them within a period of four weeks from 25.11.2020 under written acknowledgment. 6.

The report of such compliance shall be filed by 31.12.2020 before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
