O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give adequate police protection during laying of boundary stones, remove obstruction in the common path way and constructing the "C" and "F1" Schedule properties marked in the final decree passed in I.A.No.328 of 2010 in O.S.No.363 of 1989 dated 02.02.2017 on the file of Sub-Court, Poonamallee, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2021.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent on 06.08.2021, the respondent has issued CSR.No and the same is still pending without any progress. 3.In view of the same, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
