This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition 6(c) imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10117 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.96 of 2026 pending on the file of the respondent police station. He further submitted that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, directed the first and third petitioners to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore. However, since the petitioners have no source of income or financial support to mobilize funds to stay and report to the Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore, they have filed the present petition.

Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No.6 (c) in Crl.O.P.No.10117 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026. Accordingly, the aforesaid condition 6(c) is modified as follows:- "(c) The 1st and 3rd petitioners shall stay at Perambalur and report before the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station, Perambalur, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."

It is made clear that all other conditions remain unaltered. The time for executing the sureties stands extended for a period of one week from today (27.05.2026). No further extension will be granted to the petitioners. 27.05.2026 ham Note:
