This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13981 of 2022 on 17.06.2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Ulundhurpet and report before The Inspector of Police, Ulundhurpet Police Station daily Morning at 10.30 a.m and Evening 05.00 p.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
