ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No. 7(c) of the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 8597 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a daily wage labourer and is finding it difficult to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the nature of offence involving exploitation of natural resources, this Court does not find any reason to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8597 of 2026.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. However, one week time is extended to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8597 of 2026, from the date on which, the order copy made ready and no further extension of time will be granted. 05-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order dpa
