This common order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' ['WMPs' for the sake of brevity].
2. Captioned WMPs have been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of 'notices dated 13.06.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notices' for the sake of convenience and clarity].
3. Mr.T.Dharani, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners is before this Court.
4. Adverting to support affidavit, learned counsel submits that the Page Nos.1/3
writ petitioners have received only photocopies of impugned notices and hence, they could not file the original impugned notices. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to the support affidavit, which reads as follows:
'It is respectfully submitted that the original impugned orders was not served on the petitioner only the photocopy of the impugned order was served on the petitioner through registered post. Hence, I am filing the photocopy of the impugned orders.'
5. The above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMPs without expressing any other opinion in this order.
